I have been helping Buyers and Sellers since 1998. I started off as a Rep for World Savings and a loan officer doing FHA for first time home buyers. I have gained the knowledge I needed to assist each client on a personal and professional level. When I became a Realtor in 2002 and focused on home sales I was very successful in the Hispanic community. In 2010, when I became a Real Estate Broker I decided to open up a modification company to assist homeowners in saving their homes. Most of my clients are referrals or satisfied clients. My #1 goal is to provide the best customer service. I take pride in helping and educating clients. I love what I do. I understand that each and every client has different needs and how important it is for me to understand them. I also know that I cannot do everything myself and keep every client satisfied, this is why I have a team. They know how important it is to me to put my client first. I have lived in the Inland Empire for 30 years and have made so many friends. I have learned that if a client chooses me it’s because they trust me. I will always be in this business and I will never be just a realtor but a lifetime friend. I am proud to be a Realtor.

A true local success story, Ms. Diaz is a Southern California native and the daughter of immigrants. As a first-generation Mexican-American, her parents instilled in her the value of hard work, education and giving back to one’s country. That American Dream took Laura from a working class neighborhood to a passionate successful realtor. Perhaps it’s that hared history that has enabled Laura to forge a strong bond with the Southland’s Latino community. Ms. Diaz was born in East Los Angeles, California and raised in Baldwin Park. She graduated from Garey High School in Pomona and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Mt. San Antonio.
